3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Order Requirements

Before placing an order, you must carefully read the service name, description, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, estimated delivery time, refill conditions, and any additional instructions. Orders submitted with incorrect, private, restricted, deleted, or inaccessible links may not be processed or refunded.

5. Public Profile Requirement

Where required, the relevant social media profile, page, post, video, or channel must remain public until the order is completed. Changing the username, deleting the content, making the account private, or modifying the submitted link may interrupt the service and make the order ineligible for cancellation, refill, or refund.

6. Delivery Time

All delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines. Delays may occur because of platform updates, high demand, technical issues, third-party provider delays, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. No Guaranteed Results

STU SMM does not guarantee sales, revenue, verification, monetization, organic reach, account ranking, business growth, or any specific commercial result. Our services provide promotional engagement only, and actual results depend on several external factors.

8. Drops and Refill Policy

Some services may experience a reduction or drop after delivery. Refill is available only for services specifically marked as having a refill guarantee and only within the stated refill period. Services marked as “No Refill” are not eligible for replacement. Refill requests may be rejected if the account is private, the link has changed, or another provider has been used on the same link.

9. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted and entered processing, it normally cannot be cancelled or edited. Cancellation may be provided only when the service cannot be delivered or when our system or provider confirms that cancellation is possible.

10. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are generally credited to the user’s STU SMM account balance. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and may be subject to payment gateway rules, processing charges, verification, and applicable law. Completed or partially completed orders are not eligible for a full refund.

11. Account Balance

Funds added to an STU SMM account are intended for purchasing services available on the website. Account balance cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or withdrawn unless expressly approved by STU SMM or required under applicable law.

12. Duplicate and Multiple Orders

You should not place multiple orders for the same link before the previous order is completed. Doing so may cause incorrect counts, delays, overlapping delivery, or refill issues. STU SMM will not be responsible for losses resulting from duplicate or overlapping orders.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use our services for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, impersonation, hate content, threats, exploitation, misinformation, or content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person. We reserve the right to reject orders and suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity.

14. Third-Party Platforms

STU SMM is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each third-party platform.

15. Account Restrictions

Using promotional services may involve risks under third-party platform policies. STU SMM is not responsible for warnings, reach limitations, content removal, account suspension, demonetization, or any other action taken by a social media platform.

16. Payment Verification

Payments may be reviewed for fraud prevention and security. We may request transaction details or reasonable proof of payment before crediting funds. Submitting false payment information, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and further action.

17. Support and Disputes

Users should contact STU SMM support with the correct order ID and a clear explanation of the issue. Abusive language, threats, spam, or repeated false complaints may result in restricted support access or account suspension.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STU SMM will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, platform penalties, account suspension, data loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

19. Service Changes

We may modify service prices, descriptions, limits, availability, delivery estimates, refill terms, and these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective after being published on the website.

20. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the website, attempts fraud, abuses support staff, creates security risks, or engages in unlawful activity.

21. Governing Law
